Alfa-Bank is one of the largest privately-owned commercial banks in Russia. The customer base includes 1.4 million corporate clients and 27.9 million individual customers. I led two main streams: Authorization and Platform Services

Design Lead

Product Stream "Authorization":
— AlfaID: Quick sign-in, authorization
— AlfaAPI: Facilitates data exchange with external systems
— AlfaPay: Simplifies electronic payments
— DevPortal: Resources for developers integrating Alfa Bank’s API

Product Stream "Platform Services":
— Profile and Security: Secures user accounts and data
— Personal Information: Easy management of personal details
— Company card: Tool for editing company details
— Users and Roles: Adding employees and managing their roles in the online banking system
— Signing Rules": Creating and configuring rules and procedures for document signing
— Powers of Attorney: Issuance and revocation of powers of attorney
— Administrative panel: a specialized interface for customer service managers

Responsibilities:
- Managed 8 designers: Task distribution, mentoring, skill development
– Coordinated collaboration between stakeholders and departments of design, marketing, and development to ensure unified communication strategies.
– Defining the overall stream development strategy and its products in particular
- Maintained design coherence and quality
– Hiring: Conducting interviews and whiteboarding sessions
