Completed a practical course on creative thinking. Learned SCAMPER, TRIZ, and other techniques to solve problems, generate ideas, and work in teams

Learned the foundations of the UX process: user empathy, problem definition, and idea generation. Practiced creating personas, user journeys, user stories, and using ideation techniques like Crazy 8s and How Might We.

Learned the principles of gamification, motivation, and game design. Practiced creating gamified systems, evaluating risks, and applying the approach in business contexts.

Learned to analyze and discuss design objectively, interpreting form, meaning, and context. Gained skills in defining success criteria beyond personal taste and using visual design vocabulary in critique.
